Today I don't have allot to say as I am trying to stay focused on positive thoughts, feelings and moods!
I will say that looking back at past picture's really puts this new LIFE CHANGING experience into perspective! I am very grateful for the weight loss, no pain in my knee's, no cramping in my legs and most of all...
I FINALLY FEEL GREAT!!!
I have had a few set backs the past 2 weeks, but, as I said earlier, I am staying focused on...
POSITIVE!!
Before I close this evening, I want to let you all know, that without your support, prayers and encouragement, this process would have been tougher than it has been, but I THANK God for the opportunity at a second chance to make my life HEALTHIER and HAPPIER!
I have enjoyed shopping and buying a few smaller clothes the past week, and look forward to being able to go on a shopping spree in the next 6-8 months!!
On this THANKSGIVING, GIVE THANKS to God for the many blessings that He has placed upon you and your family during this year, and remember to THANK Him in ADVANCE for the many blessings that are in store for the new year!!
Remember...
YOU ARE #1 IN YOUR LIFE!!
Take care of yourself first so that when needed, you will be healthy enough to take care of those in need around you!
On this Holiday season, I encourage and challenge you to be a blessing to someone in need!!
May each of you have a BLESSED and JOYOUS THANKSGIVING!
I LOVE each of you!
"Some people are always grumbling because roses have thorns; I am thankful that thorns have roses." ~Alphonse Karr
Until next update,
GOD SPEED
